About Villa Sun

Villa Sun is one of the three beautiful villas located in a quiet spot 5 minutes away from Kalathas Village, with an amazing view and heated private pool.

Ocean, Sky, and Sun are the three main elements that characterize these modern Greek island type white and blue villas. The property is as welcoming inside as it is striking from the outside.

Guests will have access to all areas indoor and outdoor!

Details

Villa Sun has 160m² of living space laid over three floors. On the middle-ground floor there is the nice decorated living room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with sufficient place settings for up to six people.. The balcony door opens up to the pool and the windows offers you magnificent sea view. The wood burner is not only nice as a decoration detail but also can warms you up during your winter holidays. There are plenty of modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a flat screen smart satellite TV, music system and air conditioning in the entire house (use of a/c is included in the price). In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners. There are three bedrooms split over two levels. On the first level, you’ll find the master bedroom complete with its king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a separately shower cabin. In the bedroom there is a flat screen TV. From the balcony you will enjoy an amazing view to the Kalathas bay.
